To Whom It May Concern; Unfortunately I am unable to talk "trash" since I have no idea of the teams entered in the pool. Up to date standings...now what does that mean? Would a problem with my browser cause the "Standings" to be displayed as 1999? For $2.00 I expected much more, well at least some cool links to porno sites.

If you are not seeing updated standings, there is clearly some sort of user error. I suggest selling your computer, leaving the IT industry and pursuing a career in something more in keeping with your abilities. I hear the exciting and dynamic field of mobile hot dog vending is always looking for a few good "men".

To Mr Wabick; You claim that 100% of the pool proceeds are returned to the winner(s). Here's an idea, why don't you take 20% of the proceeds and plow them back into infrastructure. That way you could design an e commerce site using something other then free downloaded software. Maybe then your "investors" will see real time updates! p.s. don't you work anymore

I followed the GWL Methodology for this project. According to my last status report, the project was on time, on budget. Therefore it was a success. User problems are incidental. BTW, should't someone with a new job be more concerned with that new job, than with basketball pools and stock prices? Or have you left that company in disgrace too?

Hey Bizzer, wait a few months for CPWR, not much happening. What out for ORCL, PE is in the statosphere. ECTL and CMTO are both good buys right now. Just saw the Florida result, looks like I have picked 9 straight winners and no losers so far ! Are thise stats updated yet or are the 1999 results still there. Probably a Y2K glitch with the software !

Looks like my first objective has been reached - destruction of DBIZ in the loser selection pool - my guess is I've also cleaned up on Badger Tom as I doubt that he would have selected a HIGHER seed than my 12th-ranked Indiana St. chumps in HIS loser picks!! Yes Tom, I'm in the pool again and am intending to take it all once more...just to prove that it doesn't matter on which side of the border I play, it'll still be a 2-peat!!!

You can also see everyone else's picks on the Detailed Selections page (available off the main page). It would be a good idea to verify that the teams you picked (the teams you actually picked -- not the teams you wished you had picked) are the same as the teams we think you picked. And just to keep in the spirit of trash talking: Take that Yankees! After three years of victory it's time you taste the pain of defeat. I'll give you a little leniency on when to send down the Trophy now that you've --- oh, lets just call it "Failed to be victorious." I'm not sure what's worse, a gracious winner, or someone who rubs your nose in it. You'll be singing a different tune if my Plan B works. I've been spreading rumours on the Internet that I personally gave all Florida and Michigan St players new cars. Of course they'll "deny" it and say they don't "know" "me" -- just what you'd expect from someone who is guilty. After both teams have their wins revoked I'll retain my firm hold on the trophy. Bill, Bill, Bill ... Being an ex-Canuck and hockey fan you should know that defense wins Championships - take a look at the New Jersey Devils a couple of years back and some of the classic Montreal Canadian teams that perfected the "trap" style of suffocating defense. Looking back, the achilles heal struck down the Badgers once more ! The defensive job was a gem to be admired. Only down 2 points at the half, shutting down the extemely potent Michigan office in the last 7 minutes of the first half and then Wisconsin simply missing easy baskets that were set up with perfect screens. If they had won (Vershaw himself missed 16 gimme points), you'd be singing a different tune (something like On Wisconsin would be the lyrics) Hey, next year we have alot of returning seniors and a new a new guy 6-11 Dave Mader.
